The unopened box arrived promptly. It contained faucet and handles and numerous small parts & valves BUT it does not include the HOSES that run below the counter and connect hot water and cold water to the tee beneath to the faucet. High Quality Expensive product but my plumber is out shopping for essential parts at a huge waste of time and money! Who's going to reimburse me for this additional cost?PS update impossible to find a replacement part #1110300 plus there’s a ding on a handle. Return was okayed but I need written confirmation a replacement of the entire faucet set will be shipped ASAP.I bought this set for my mom who really loves it. The pieces are well made and are accurately represented in the photos. The only issue with the set was that there was a missing piece, the one that allows the main spout to swivel left and right. The instructions were poor and didn't even show the part. My mom was about to return it after her plumber told her that it did not swivel but luckily once they realized the problem the plumber called Kohler and was able to get the piece sent out.Overall a nice set, just make sure all the pieces are there. Recommended.Replacement for a discontinued faucet of the same arrangement. A little expensive but appears to be high qualityThe quality of the faucet is great. My only complaint is that I received the wrong mounting nut for the faucet in the box. Called Kohler customer support and got the correct one sent to me, but they would only cover for regular shipping and said that I would have to pay for next day shipping on the part. Not good to have to wait to use your new kitchen faucet.Our previous Kohler faucet wouldn't stop leaking and as it was 20 years old so I decided to search for a new one. Our original Kohler unit always had horrible calcium deposits from our hard water that could only be removed by saturating it with white vinegar. This new faucet is designed so that the water runs right off and doesn't settle and ruin the surface. It looks great and despite what other reviews stated, the faucet swivels perfectly. My husband installed it with the very helpful instructions that were included.I am pleased with my new kitchen faucet. I like the fact it doesn't have a pull out, as I prefer not to have the water I might drink coming through plastic. The water pressure and turn off valve are great. The Satin Nickle finish is of a high quality and is easy to keep looking clean without finger prints, or water marks! I would highly recommend this faucet, it's Kohler quality, and if you prefer the widespread design, as I do, it is a fabulous choice!!!Beautiful and functional faucets. We are delighted with them.It hasn't been insralled yet; plumber expected on the 21st.
